Enter the room above and look in the leftmost drawers(Seed of Agility)
Look in the closet to the right(Leather Dress)
Return to the stairs and enter the bottom right room
Talk to the old woman in the corner
Walk left and talk to the woman
Look in the leftmost bookshelves at the top
Return to the stairs and walk down them
Walk around behind the stairs and head down the steps
Open the treasure chest(Fire Claw)

Climb back up the steps
Enter the Church to the left and ask the old man for confession
Leave the Church and walk down to the bottom left room
Climb down the well
Talk to the sorceress
Climb back up the well
Smash the middle pot on the left(Mini Medal)
Leave the room and enter the Inn over on the right
